windph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and windph ("windph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the windph platform available at windph.vip and any related mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with windph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the windph Platform.

windph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on windph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 21+
• You must be a natural person residing in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of windph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services via windph's self-exclusion program or any applicable national exclusion registry.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform.

windph permits only one (1) account per person. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or by any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

windph reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your windph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your windph account credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify windph support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not use another person's account or allow another person to use your account.
• Ensure that no minor (any person under 21 years of age) has access to your windph account or the device on which it is used.

windph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. All bets and transactions initiated from your account are deemed authorised by you unless you have notified windph of a security breach prior to such activity.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the windph Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, exploit games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Abusing bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts, systematic bonus exploitation, or breach of promotional terms.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without appropriate authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any component of the windph Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing windph staff, customer support agents, or other players.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

windph is required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to perform Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all accounts. This process may be initiated at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any time windph deems appropriate.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, PRC ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing matching registered name).
• Source of funds declaration, if required for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

windph will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

windph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, and Metrobank Online. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing fees (if any) are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits are credited to your windph account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). windph does not accept deposits in cryptocurrencies or any currency other than PHP unless expressly stated otherwise.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. windph does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by circumstances outside windph's control including GCash system maintenance.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set out in the cashier section of the Platform.
• windph reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the verified windph account holder.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

windph offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all windph bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited at windph's sole discretion and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within thirty (30) days of being credited to the account. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• windph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, violated these Terms, or opened multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be available to players identified as professional gamblers or advantage players.

8. Game Rules and Results

All games available on windph are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to all account, financial, and regulatory matters.

windph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games. Live casino game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in independently operated studio environments and are final.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, windph reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the corresponding stakes to the player's account. windph shall not be liable for any winnings that would have been accrued had the malfunction not occurred.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the windph Platform — including but not limited to the windph logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, images, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of windph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any windph content without the express written consent of windph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, windph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the windph Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Platform; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or your personal information; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, whether or not windph was advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. windph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Responsible Gaming

windph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. windph operates in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and provides the following tools to all registered players: 21+

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account settings section. Once set, deposit limits may not be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration notifications to remind them how long they have been playing.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.

12. Amendments to These Terms

windph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. windph operates in compliance with the applicable regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the windph Platform shall first be submitted to windph's customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

windph's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
